I enclose a cheque for £45 made payable to Rachel Jackson.   Fee for Half Day workshop is £30.  Please note that this is non-refundable unless your place is taken by someone else, or the workshop is cancelled.  
On receipt of this booking form and fee your place will be confirmed and you will be sent further information and directions to the venue.
