Forthcoming Workshops Companion Animal and Equine

New Workshop Dates for 2010 and 2011

These workshops are ideal for people wanting to learn about the Tellington TTouch Training Method for their own dogs or dogs in their care.

I have organised a half day workshop for learning how to use TTouch for small furries, such as rats, hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits.  Please see details below.

Tellington TTouch is a teaching method for animals that helps improve co-ordination and balance.  At the same time it deepens communication, understanding and respect between an animal and its owner.  TTouch helps increase levels of self confidence, self awareness and self control.  TTouch offers a positive approach to training which emphasizes co-operation and partnership.   It gently guides the animal through non- habitual exercises that can alter existing habitual patterns.  As posture affect behaviour, many owners and carers not that unwanted behaviours diminish as the animal's posture improves.  TTouch teaches the animal to act, rather than simply re-act.  Learn how to apply TTouch to eliminate inappropriate behaviours, assist with recovery from injury or illness or just to enhance the quality of your animal's life.

Staff trainings for rescue centres or kennels and catteries, 2 hour taster workshops or talks for dog training, obedience, ringcraft or agility groups are also available.  Please contact Rachel for details.

If there is not a workshop in your area why not host one?   Contact Rachel for further information.
