TTouch and TTEAM for Behaviour Solutions

The Forward Thinking Approach to Training, Handling and Rehabilitation

Forthcoming Workshops Companion Animal and Equine

Workshop Dates for 2016

These workshops are ideal for people wanting to learn about the fabulous Tellington TTouch Training Method for their own animals or animals in their care.

Tellington TTouch is a wonderful teaching method for animals that helps improve co-ordination and balance.  At the same time it deepens communication, understanding and respect between an animal and its owner.  TTouch helps increase levels of self confidence, self awareness and self control.  TTouch offers a positive approach to training which emphasizes co-operation and partnership.
TTouch recognises an inextricable link between posture and behaviour.
Observations are key to helping owners and carers understand their dog/s on whole new level and the combination of TTouch body work, ground work and specialist equipment such as the Balance Lead, TTouch Harness and Body Wraps provide anyone working/living with or handling dogs valuable tools for change. If your dog is stressed or suffering from a problem behaviour Tellington Touch could be for you.
It gently guides the animal through non- habitual exercises that can alter existing habitual patterns.  As posture affects behaviour, many owners and carers note that unwanted behaviours diminish as the animal's posture improves.
TTouch teaches the animal to act, rather than simply re-act.  Attending a workshop to learn how to apply TTouch skills to eliminate inappropriate behaviours, assist with recovery from injury or illness or simply to enhance the quality of your animal's life.

Staff trainings for rescue centres, kennels, stables and catteries. 2 hour taster workshops, half day or full day workshops are all available.  I am also available for talks for dog training, obedience, ringcraft or agility groups of varying lengths.   Please contact Rachel for further details.

If there is not a workshop in your area why not host one?   Contact Rachel for further information ttouch@btinternet.com.

All workshops are held at
Leewood Hall, Benja Fold, off Ack Lane, Bramhall, Stockport, Cheshire, unless otherwise stated.

NB    If you are unsure as to whether or not your dog may be comfortable in a workshop situation, please contact me to discuss this.   A workshop is not suitable for dogs that have issues with people or other dogs. If your dog is reactive towards people and/or dogs please contact Rachel for a one to one session, which will be more beneficial for specific problems. Dogs will need to remain on lead for the duration of the workshop.
